Where Self-Love Meets Science.

My story

I have spent over a decade helping women feel at home in their bodies again. But I know that road because I walked it myself.

After my degree in sports science, I started out as a personal trainer in 2011. I loved helping people get stronger, physically, but also in their confidence. A little later, modeling came along. What looked like glamour and a big lifestyle had another side to it: I put myself under enormous pressure and lived with constant expectations.

And even though my degree and all my hacks meant I knew everything about the body on paper, there were stretches when I did not recognize my own reflection. When I felt sluggish, puffy, uncomfortable in my own skin, cut off from my body, like something was off. My confidence wavered. I swung between good routines and old patterns. And deep down I knew: living in my own body was not supposed to feel like this.

Those years did not break me. They shaped me.

There was one moment that woke me up. A point where I understood that real change does not start in the gym, it starts much deeper. From then on I went to work on myself on a completely new level, and that became my calling. I became a transformation coach because I realized it is not only about the body. It is about what we think of ourselves. About the way we speak to ourselves. About self-love, which is something you can learn.

My own journey shifted over the years, from the outside in, from the body to the mind, all the way to deep spiritual work with myself and with the women I guide. Today I am an entrepreneur, a body and identity coach, and a speaker.

Alongside that identity work, what always fascinated me was the science behind it all. Behind those radical transformations of self-image, of identity, and of our cells too. The idea that real energy, real health and a glow that comes from within all begin exactly where nobody is looking: in the smallest building blocks of our body.

Between my degree and years of practice, I became a researcher in my own cause. I read, I studied, I experimented with actives, supplements, superfoods.

But something always bothered me.

I was taking ten different things separately. Forgetting half of them. And it never added up to one coherent picture. I kept thinking: why is there not one thing that pulls all of this knowledge together? Something that truly boosts our cells so we feel energized from the inside out, something where the actives do not just sit side by side but amplify each other?

A year and a half ago, in Bali, that thought turned into a decision. I was well into my power, established in my work, in the best shape of my life. And I told myself: if the product I want does not exist, then I will create it.

I developed my own formula out of everything I had learned about cells, actives and transformation over more than a decade. And because I wanted it to meet not only my vision but the highest scientific standards, I had biochemists review and validate it. Every single active was questioned, tested, refined.

What followed was not a quick path. A year and a half. Until every active had its place and its purpose. I did not want another supplement on the shelf. I wanted the essence of everything I had learned, my founder formula, scientifically reviewed, in one single daily ritual.

That is how CellBoost came to be. And with it a philosophy: Where Self-Love Meets Science.

Because a real glow comes from both. From nourished cells, and from a heart that has learned to choose itself. That is the insight of my whole journey, poured into a product.

That is my why: that every woman feels at home in her body again. Connected to herself, energized, clear, with a glow that radiates from within.
